Rick Percy has been working in the television, internet, and broadband industry for over 25 years. His journey began right after high school, working for the family business, where he gained hands-on experience in electronic repairs, car stereo and CB installations, and cable TV setup for Comcast. As the operations manager for the company’s cable division, he developed a strong foundation in customer service and technical expertise.

After moving on from the family business, Rick expanded his skills into satellite dish, internet, and antenna installations. Recognizing the growing demand for personalized service in an increasingly complex technological world, he founded RLP Satellite and Service. His goal is simple: to provide customers with reliable, local support and help them choose the right services for their needs.
